Fees & Policies

At Rosewood Studios, every type of project is considered of equal importance.

Preparation is the key, so consultation with us is highly encouraged.

We can prepare a customized estimate based on the specific information given prior to your session date.  All quoted rates include an engineer, the use of the studio, and any equipment utilized.  Please give us a call or email:

To book a session, a 50% deposit of total work is required 10 days in advance of session.

25% of that fee is non-refundable if canceled within 72 hours of the start date.

The final balance is due upon conclusion of each recording, mixing,

 or mastering session (prior to revisions).

All recordings remain the property of Rosewood Studios until balances are paid in full.  Rosewood Studios is not responsible for any tape, data, equipment, or personal properties left on the premises of 2214 W. Erwin St.
